very fast for the price January 25, 2010 Rick Jensen (Chicago, IL) 11 out of 12 found this review helpful
I use these cards in my Nikon D90 and they work perfectly. Gives me about 350 exposers RAW+JPEG(fine), and video looks very smooth.... no missing frames. Definitely a great buy.
The D90 is 12mp. with this card I get about 350 RAW+JPEG shots, 530 RAW shots, or 1000+ JPEG shots. Shooting in RAW mode, burst shooting will slow down after about 6 or 7 shots (D90). If You do a lot of burst shooting, go with a faster card for sure.
Plenty of storage for photos May 13, 2010 strel (Denver, CO) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
For the right price to storage ratio; this is a great product. I wasn't sure, but with our 14MP camera that also takes HD video this card does everything we need. Takes approx 1600 full quality photos or over 1hr 30 min of HD video. For our home camera use, this will be all we need.
Just what the doctor ordered! February 25, 2010 Ken J. Stager (Grand Rapids, MI) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
After buying a new fancy 12 megapixel camera, I was left waiting forever in order to take my next picture, because it was taking forever to write to the card, well, not anymore, this seemed to solve everything, and then some!
Work Great in the Canon G11 February 11, 2010 Sanford Sharp (IL) Purchased the Sandisk 8gb card to use in a newly purchased Canon G11. Fast enough write and read times to work with the camera's video and photo burst modes. Would recommend to a friend.
Sandisk Ultra 8gb SD card February 17, 2010 Russell D. Craven (NE Ohio) IMHO Sandisk Ultra is the best card for the money. The Sandisk Extreme is out there now, and probably superior, but Ultra more affordable and in my budget range. Got this for a good price, and was very satisfied with the delivery time. Using this 8gb in my Rebel 500D. Performs flawlessly. Also have two 16gb Sandisk Ultra for use in my HF200 camcorder. An excellent product from Amazon.
